Madeline serves as the Communications and Content Advisor with the Alliance for Entrepreneurial Equity, a partnership between Third Way and the National Urban League. She is passionate about helping make positive transformations within communities through collaboration and innovation. Madeline believes intentionality, knowledge, and commitment are key to building equitable, generational wealth and forging new opportunity pathways.Prior to joining Third Way, Madeline worked as a consulting intern with Attittud in Barcelona, Spain, an associate editor for two local statewide publications with AY Media Group, a government fellow with the City of Little Rock, a marketing and resource development fellow with Heifer International, a graduate assistant at the Clinton School of Public Service, a consultant with ReMix Ideas and Advancing Black Entrepreneurship, and the social media manager at the Women’s Foundation of Arkansas. Her previous work has been focused on maritime law, gender and racial equity, inclusive economic growth, as well as social entrepreneurship.Madeline was adopted from Vietnam at two months old and raised by a single mother in Arkansas. She attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, earning a BA in International Studies with a minor in Legal Studies. Most recently, Madeline graduated from the Clinton School of Public Service with a Master of Public Service. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, going on walks with her rescue dog, and painting on her days off.
